“Very nice and helpful staff! My only issue was my rent kept going up slowly (50-80/month over 2 years) but they did upgrade the facility about a year after I moved in. The upgrade was also very nice as you can get in the gate and your unit with just an app on your phone. Even with the upgrade I felt that $80/month for a small unit was a little expensive but I’m also not from Colorado so it might be a totally fair price..”
