“I am very impressed having just moved in to US storage. First of all Anna is awesome and has really gone above & beyond to provide wonderful service - unlike my last experience at Public Storage where I felt like another faceless customer to give them money who they couldn’t have cared less about. I really feel compassion & empathy from Anna, who has been great with providing info and adjusting things to let me move in a day early since we were supposed to get heavy rains on my move in date. I also really appreciate being able to be in my unit until 9:00 pm when all the other storage companies kick you out by 6:00 pm and are more concerned about themselves than what works for their customers who typically work till 6:00 and can’t easily make it in till later. Another really nice touch that I haven’t seen anywhere in my 30+ years of using storage facilities and really appreciate is the music that plays in the building! This is a really nice touch. I’m looking forward to long & mutually beneficial relationship with you guys..”
