State University of New York at Buffalo

SUNY Buffalo is the largest of the State University of New York's fourcenters. The Buffalo location is actually the largest public university in thenortheast region of the United States. The Center for Measuring UniversityPerformance ranked SUNY Buffalo in the top 30 research universities in theUnited States and Kiplinger recently ranked the university as the 38thbest and 27th best value for in-state and out-of-state students,respectively.  

The national average of students who study abroad is roughly 2%, butSUNY Buffalo sends an approximately 11% of its student body on study abroadprograms every year.
