There are a number of items you cannot store at EZ Stor – Merrillan.

You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms.

You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well.

You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.

Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here. Full details can be found in the lease agreement. Please read before signing your lease.

You do need a lock to secure your storage space. You'll want to bring your own lock upon your move-in date. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security.

You don't need a reservation to rent a storage space here at EZ Stor – Merrillan.

However, a reservation does ensure that you'll be able to secure the exact space you need. If you spot a deal or low price for a certain space, you will need to reserve that space at that time to lock in that price. Reservations expire after 24 hours.

Otherwise, you can just complete the rental online, or give us a call and we will rent the unit over the phone whenever you're ready.

We offer both indoor and drive up storage here at EZ Stor – Merrillan, and each comes with different advantages depending on how you plan to use them.

The term indoor storage describes storage spaces that are found inside a building. These storage spaces provide more protection against the elements than drive up spaces because they're fully covered inside of a structure.

Drive-up storage spaces are located along the exterior of the building so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building, especially when those buildings have multiple floors.

We offer car and boat storage here at EZ Stor – Merrillan. We're conveniently located at N10477 County Rd K, , Merrillan, WI, so come on by if you need to securely store your vehicle. We offer a variety of parking sizes and you can easily find the size that's right for you. We do require proof of insurance and ownership on all vehicles, boats, and RV’s .

You can conveniently rent your storage unit online. Simply select your space and click “Rent Now” to complete the online move-in. You may also call the facility, and a team member will help you set up your rental by phone.

All rental agreements are month to month with a two (full month) minimum. If your lease starts after the first, your rent will be pro-rated at move-in and your first full month will start the following month.

We require a 30-day written notice prior to the end of the current rental month. Notices must be mailed or emailed.

Most units offer immediate access, but your unit will be locked. Once you’ve completed the online move-in, you’ll receive an email with a combination code to unlock your storage unit. Remember your lock! After you’ve unlocked your storage unit, return the combination lock to the drop box located onsite. If you have not received this code, please text or call 715-491-5263 for further assistance.

You can conveniently set up autopay when you complete your move-in or any time after. If autopay is not the right option for you, simply make your payments online.
