“These guys are great, we’re able to get me in the same day I called. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I was so great impressed with the man working the desk the day we moved. The prices are actually pretty great. They were cheaper than several other places I contacted. Mike and myself are about the same age and have similar interests. We chit chatted for a few minutes while Mike showed me the unit and that was the end of it. I say that because I suffer from Lyme disease and no longer have my old strength. I was exhausted from loading my trailer to get to the storage facility and apparently it showed. Fast forward 5-10 minutes after I started unloading and I was already needing a break. I sat down on one of the coolers and Mike saw me sitting there looking and feeling very overwhelmed. (I’m to prideful to ask for help when I need it) which I think Mike picked up on. Mike although I knew he was busy based on the amount of calls he received while I was there asked me if I needed a hand and started unloading boxes for me. My trailer is nothing huge, a simple 7x16 work trailer. This guy carefully unloaded about 75% of the trailer to my 25%. I was so grateful for the help that I offered to tip and he refused the money. This simple act made a big impression on me that day. I’ve been at this storage facility now for several months and I’ve noticed a couple things that I really like. Mikes all of his customers by name, he is super positive, and complimentary. I don’t email regularly but when I do Mike responds very quickly. Mike even gave my son a nice mechanics tool set once when he found out that my son had a motorcycle. My son was asking Mike for a recommendation for a mechanic. (Mike is also really into motorcycles) Mike told my son the problem was simple to fix asked Asher if he had a socket set and when Asher who is young, newly married replied that he did not, Mike went to his storage unit and gave Asher a set he said he did not need. This is a great company which hires great people, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I have moved to Ridgefield since becoming a customer here, and as soon as Mike found out he let me know there is a new facility in Woodland which he knew would be closer to my home and more convenient. I politely told Mike I would rather continue renting at his location. I did not say it at the time but I’m staying there because of Mike..”
