“I left a review last year when Bobby was still in charge. I was a bit nervous about the change but Frazier has been the biggest help. Due to personal life reasons I did move out but if I end up in a tight spot where I need a new unit this is my go-to. With the new gate system, the gate hasnt been breaking anymore and there are now cameras. There are a few cons, they didnt cover the doors or locks when they painted and I ended up with paint in my lock and it ended up breaking from being jammed with paint. (I didnt have any use for it after moving out so it doesnt matter much) My unit has a leak in the top left corner that did a bit of damage when it was still pouring all winter. If you put your items in plastic totes instead of boxes then this isnt an issue. Overall, while the storage unit itself isnt gorgeous, the customer service has been the best to me from start to finish and I prefer customer service quality as my priority..”
