“I left a review last year when Bobby was still in charge. I was a bit nervous about the change but Frazier has been the biggest help. Due to personal life reasons I did move out but if I end up in a tight spot where I need a new unit this is my go-to. With the new gate system, the gate hasnt been breaking anymore and there are now cameras. There are a few cons, they didnt cover the doors or locks when they painted and I ended up with paint in my lock and it ended up breaking from being jammed with paint. (I didnt have any use for it after moving out so it doesnt matter much) My unit has a leak in the top left corner that did a bit of damage when it was still pouring all winter. If you put your items in plastic totes instead of boxes then this isnt an issue. Overall, while the storage unit itself isnt gorgeous, the customer service has been the best to me from start to finish and I prefer customer service quality as my priority..”

“The gal that helped me finalize the rental was amazing! I was hesitant because the information I found online was completely opposite from the first gal I spoke with, Christie. Come to find out, their main hub is out of Grants Pass, so you have to specify what location you are wanting. The last gal helped me by letting me know that there are 2 locations in my city and by ensuring I would be granted the online special rate even though I had to call in to complete the rental setup. She was friendly and super helpful and I highly recommend this company for the amazing customer service!.”
