“Quick easy, polite. Beware. They will get you in at a decent rate but After six months, they sent me a letter stating they will increase my rent by a whopping 30%. Of course I expected a rate increase once they get you in however, this is the highest increase I have experienced. Normal increases have been around 10% with competitors in the area. Stay where you are. Not worth the move and savings. Will be moving by the end of the month..”
