“Management didn’t contact me or help there office hours say open till 8pm but the office is closed by 7pm witch makes no sense why would the office say it’s open I arrived at 7:15 door was locked they didn’t notify me of my account not being paid till the last day of the month and when trying to make a payment to my account the automated voice mail informs me my account can not be paid over the phone witch makes zero sense on top of that the auto draft I had placed for the storage was set to be taken out on the 5th of each month and on august 2024 they tried to auto draft on the first witch declined do to me not getting paid yet and went un-noticed witch makes zero sense as to why I wasn’t notified and why was my auto draft date changed with out my knowledge do not trust these people.”

“My experience as of the new owner took over hasn’t been good at all . They’re never there to help and nobody answers the phone and when you leave a massage to call back you never hear from them . My Sister and my Mother pass away at the same month and I have no one to help me empty the units my family left so little by little I am trying but I have a full time job and also a full time Ministry that I am taking the family legacy. I never had a problem with the pass owners because they were always there and they always answer the phone and call you back . With Gods help I will employ the units this year or sooner..”
