“Facility is decent enough… unless you get unit K1. Firstly, I signed up with an okay rate. I wasn’t too bothered by it as they don’t have any boat “valet services.” After four months the “promotional rate” expired and my bill went way up. Now it’s on par with other locations that offer more services. Fast forward a few more months, I came by my unit to check on my boat and the whole thing was flooded! I opened the door and if felt like a sauna. Condensation was rolling down my boat, boxes soaked. The works. I called the office and they said they would be there in “10 minutes.” Finally showed up 35 minutes later and was just as shocked at how bad things were in the unit as I was. Luckily they had another unit open that day so I spent the next 4 hours moving everything over and trying to clean up. When I asked about any sort of compensation (my suggestion was a few bucks off the monthly) they told me to kick rocks! Stated, “that’s why we’re require you to carry your own insurance.” Wait what!? So I can file a claim again MY insurance because of YOUR crappy facility? OH, and the facility maintenance dude that came by while I was moving even told me the unit had flooded before! (Which lucky I have recorded) So this was even a known defect! I’ll be speaking with a small claims court regarding the damages for sure. They had the chance to do the right thing and failed miserably. Avoid this place..”
