“Kaye (Cibolo location) was wonderful and helped us pick the right storage unit. The facility is brand new so Kaye took time and walked us through the area. I have rented storage units in the past but I have never seen units with motion sensor lights inside the unit itself. Very impressed with the facility and the customer service. “It’s an awesome place to store my items, but the rent increases that have already happened twice this year are a little disturbing. We gave Just A Closet a chance because they gave us a good deal on the price and then when the prices started going up, it defeated the whole purpose. Service wise, Rudy and his team are excellent at making me feel welcome and at home so I plan on trusting them to keep my stuff safe for a while..”
