“I'm constantly having problems with this place! Nobody is ever in the office, the gate doesn't work even with the code they provide you. I can never get in touch with anybody who works there or owns the place. Worse experience I have ever had with a storage facility. Do not rent a unit from them!!.”

“They continuously are changing staff and no one is ever at the office or answers their phones! I was never even given my own code to access the unit and the code I was given no longer works. This place is a total joke. I got an email saying that I was past due after I had just signed up for automatic payments last month. It's now the middle of the month and I can't even get ahold of anyone so that I can pay or get my stuff out! I'd rather sell all my belongings than keep them here another month! Even the phone number listed on the Web and the past due notice do not work. I resorted to reaching out to them by responding via email to the late notice and still nothing! I work an hour outside of town and every once in a blue moon when I get the chance to stop by the office is locked and no one is there. It defeats the purpose of having the hours listed on the outside of the building if they are not legitimately the hours of operation. Also the hours listed online do not match up to the hours on the outside of the building. Sounds like the "new management" needs to get their priorities straight! It's like they are holding my belongings hostage and there is nothing I can do about it! This place is about to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for sure!!! If I would have known more about this place from the beginning I would have AVOIDED IT AT ALL COSTS!.”
