“This facility is awesome, both in terms of its design (layout/floor plan) and climate control. I am an engineer and have worked in several states and rented storage space in numerous facilities over the past 40 years. This is the most attractive and well-designed of any facility I have had the pleasure of visiting or utilizing. Many facilities advertise "climate control" but it is important to know if the facility only provides a HVAC system which regulates air temperature, air quality, and circulation. For storage of documents/books and clothing, etc., humidity control is also very important. This facility has an excellent HVAC system along with dehumidifiers that control the temperature as well as maintaining the humidity below a level (set point) where one would be concerned about mold, mildew or deterioration of treasured personal items such as books and photos. On my first visit, Sara provided an excellent tour of the facility highlighting all its wonderful features (security system/smart entry-app controlled, etc.) along with showing the wonderful variety of storage spaces to choose from. On a follow up visit a couple of days later after I decided my storage space needs, both Sara and Anna spent considerable time with me as I finalized my plans to rent a storage unit. They both worked with me in a very patient way, being so generous with their time as they showed me the HVAC systems, dehumidifiers and how the building climate was controlled. I plan to store my book collection along with some antique items, and climate control is so very important to me. I could not have been more pleased with what I saw. The size of the storage unit will meet my needs perfectly. I have never had a nicer experience with any business as they worked to address the needs of a customer and spend time with them to help them understand the company, all the services offered, and even the design and layout of the facility - which assures the customer that the business has the best interest and care of the customer at heart! I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with this facility. Thank you again, Sara and Anna for helping me with my storage needs and making my visits to JAMPACK'D Self-Storage such as awesome experience!.”
