“Today I received a text message from Lisa at Forward Storage saying my money order payment was received. I asked if there was a late charge because it came in technically one day late however I mailed it on the 1st and I had texted a picture to let them know I mailed the payment. I said it wasn't my fault the postal service took so long to deliver the payment. Lisa suggested I set up auto pay and take the worry of possible late charge to not be an issue. I told her my concerns of doing that because I've had my credit card compromised two times in the strangest way. Once I paid for gas at the cashier inside the store when I lived in CA at the credit card machine and the next day people were buying things in Poland the fraud department caught it and called me to verify I wasn't in Poland. Another time I was on lunch break at a restaurant and when I went to pay my bill my card was frozen I called the fraud department and they told me my card was being used at Walmart for over $300 a few cities away and so they froze my card. When you have crazy things like that happen you realize mailing a money order is a safer way. I can't be responsible for the slow postal system though. Anyway, I had just gotten a new credit card and not missing the irony of the situation I let Lisa assist me in signing up for auto pay and we charged the card for May to make sure there were no issues. The charge was accepted no problem and I'm crossing fingers that going forward payments will be done on time. Adulting is no joke and I'm happy Forward Storage has Lisa on board who is kind and friendly and professional and has great customer service skills and she made me feel heard and gently walked me through the process of setting up my auto pay account and put my mind at ease that future payments will automatically be charged. Thank you, Lisa for your kindness and great customer service abilities I appreciate you! Wishing you all the best, Maggie T Asheville NC.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa this morning in order to cancel my leases less than 24hrs after I booked my units. I fortunately did not need before I moved into them and Lisa was extremely professional, patient, and understanding of my predicament. She didn’t make me jump through any extra hoops in order to cancel my booking with a full refund. Again, this is what Customer Service looks like. Simple, Clear, and Accommodating. Much appreciated LISA!! 😇.”
