“This place is a scam!! Many lies on their website. They DO NOT offer climate control at neither location. Both locations have outside units ONLY!! Obviously they have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what they are doing when it comes to storage. Second lie is the state of the art security. Yea sounds and looks good, however the new owner is FRIENDS with the previous owner who was responsible for all of the units being broken into a few years ago. The new owner takes whatever she wants from the unpaid units and then sends them to auction. This is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL especially since you are not supposed to cross the threshold when you cut a lock off of an unpaid unit to process the unit for auction. Another lie the storage auction contract states there is a $100 cleaning deposit. Explain to me how they are actually charging auction buyers $150 and then reporting the buyer and getting them removed from being able to purchase auctions for ANY locations that utilize Storage Treasure. They are so money hungry they started charging $14 fee if you are not on autopay. They steal people's money, and elderly guy rented a house paid his 1st month rent which was way over charged for the crap house out north and paid his deposit total of $3000. He NEVER moved in, his daughter showed up the day after he paid everything with paperwork stating she had power of attorney and paperwork showing he has dementia he didn't even know what he was doing and they REFUSED to give this man his $3000 back. They told his daughter they are lucky they didn't charge 3x the rent to cancel the contract as it's stated in the paperwork. This man NEVER moved in, anyone with any kind of empathy would have given him his money back. They have control of the Google reviews, anything under 4 stars is not posted online. They have 4 reviews and 3 of them are employees of the owner. Deb is Teresa Scott assistant thief, James is an employee that is in another country and the 3rd review is another employee that is in another country as well using a random name. They have SEVERAL Facebook pages with random names and stolen pictures to look like real profiles. There is so much more. And I have PROOF of EVERYTHING!! Unfortunately I have to give at least one star however knowing they won't post anything under 4 I will give a 4 star so it will be visible at least for a bit until they delete it. But I will continue to post and past employees and past tenants of storage as well as rental properties will be making constant reviews until this place is shut down!!! Most definitely a lot of illegal stuff going on.”
