After searching around, we feel very fortunate these people had availability, as transitioning from moving cubes to storage was complex and we really appreciate their presence at the facility and the ease of communication. The people who work in the office are really nice, and we feel they gave us a nice welcome to Ithaca. One day we'll need to get our things out and into our new home, and I'm confident I can count on Secure Self Storage for a painless process. Because of a complicated moving plan, we needed for her to check in on a Sunday, when the facility is normally closed. Randall was very helpful in agreeing to meet her at the facility on Sunday to allow her to check in then. This was critical to our needs and we very much appreciate his going above and beyond the call of duty to allow her to check in on a Sunday. Can't thank him enough!
