“Outstanding customer service! Debbie went out of her way with professionalism and patience to accommodate our needs after the two hurricanes delayed our mobile home installation. She made sure we got into a smaller storage unit right away to fit our immediate needs then, as more of our stuff arrived and we needed more space, she seamlessly transferred us into a bigger unit. Access was easy with both an exterior security gate and door codes for the buildings. Debbie was quick to respond to all calls, emails and texts and she maintained clear communications. We had a very positive experience and recommend Edgewater Self Storage!.”
