“Had two different storage units. One in N block and one in L block. The smaller unit in N block was fine. The larger unit in L block was a disaster. Had taken a few things out a couple months ago and had to throw away mattress and boxspring due to green mold. Mentioned to Ray and he said he would have roof checked. Never heard back about the roof. Removed remainder last week - Everything covered with green mold, had to throw several items away and use vinegar solution to kill green mold on everything else. Contract apparently states "mold is naturally occurring". Would not recommend..”
