“To be honest, if this was about 10 years ago, when I first dealt with them, I wouldn’t have even bothered to write a review because I had nothing positive at all to say. But now, i have been here for about 3 years, had 2 storage units, now down to 1. During this time I went through a lot!! I lost 2 grandparents that I was extremely close to my entire life, I was homeless with my 3 kids for a period of time, and at one point had gotten so sick that I was in the hospital for 2 months! When I was in the hospital I was already behind and about to lose the last bit of important/irreplaceable things I have left. It was during this time that Maureen learned about how sick I was and worked with my mom to help me get into good standing to be able to keep my things. She didn’t have to do that. At that time, I hadn’t dealt with Maureen any more than I had dealt with anyone who else worked there. But once I got home and was able get back on my feet and in a place where I could take over making the payments, (my mom was helping me pay when I was sick) the very first time I spoke to Maureen, she asked how I was, I filled her in, and since then, she has become like family to me! When it comes to the business side of things, She is so easy to work with and will go above and beyond for every customer!h are I don’t know if there is any other storage place that is cheaper, but even there was a cheaper storage facility, I would still stay here because of Maureen!! Plus they are very clean and the property is well maintained. I have zero complaints.”
