“I have rented a unit here several times over the last 15 years. They are always clean and the facility is well lit. I like the fact that someone is always on the premises during business hours. I needed a storage unit in a hurry and emailed them at 3 in the morning to see if there were any available. When I called at 9:00 Megan told me she had already reserved a unit for me. When I arrived to do the paperwork, she was very gracious, carefully reviewed the rental agreement and even provided a free lock with keys. She was a pleasure to work with and is a great representative for the company. The only thing they didn't do was pack my boxes and unload them (just kidding). I always feel safe when I visit to use my storage unit. There is nothing that I could suggest to improve on an excellent facility..”
