You can find us off of Dillon Road, a half mile East of 96th St. and a mile West of Hwy 287, in between the two entrances to the Colorado Tech Center. Whether you're moving, need to clear some room in your home, or had a recent life event that requires some extra secure space, we're here to help you.
Modern Storage Features
Our new and modern facility features convenient access to your items all year long. The entrance to our storage facility is controlled through an electronic gate with each customer having their own personalized access code. Each space is individually alarmed and connected to a loud siren for added security. Our customers have the option to download the EasyCode 2.0 mobile app, which allows you to control the gate from your smartphone and receive notifications about your unit's alarm. We're happy to provide these features to you at no extra charge!

Hours of Operation
We offer our customers access to the facility via a personalized access code and electronic gate from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., every day of the year. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
Free Use of Move-In Truck
For added convenience and to reduce our customers’ moving costs, we are pleased to include a free one-time rental of our own box truck to move your items into your new unit within the first 30 days of renting. The truck rental is for 24 hours and includes up to 30 miles at no charge. Ask one of our team members for more details!
Online Account Management
You can rent and reserve units completely online from the comfort of your own home. For existing customers, your tenant portal allows you to easily pay your balance, manage your insurance and contact information, sign/view documents, and more!

Items such as wood furniture, leather couches, mattresses, electronics, instruments, and personal keepsakes like photographs or collectibles all benefit from a more temperature-stable environment. For longer term storage, a temperature-controlled space has the added layer of protection from dust that may accumulate over time.
Drive-Up Units
Drive-Up storage units have access directly from the outside drive-aisles, allowing you to park your vehicle right next to your unit. These spaces offer unmatched convenience for people who plan to visit the storage facility often. There are no hallways and doors to navigate to get to your space. Drive-up units are best for items that are sturdy and temperature-resilient. Things like outdoor furniture, camping gear, holiday decorations, lawn equipment, tools, and seasonal items all do great in non-climate controlled spaces.

There are a number of items you cannot store at Dillon Road Storage.
You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. The storage of any batteries or electric vehicles is strongly prohibited. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms.
You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well.
You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.
Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.

These storage spaces provide more protection against the elements than Drive-Up spaces because they're fully covered inside of a structure and minimize large temperature fluctuations. All of our Temperature-Controlled spaces are on the ground floor, meaning you won't have to deal with elevators or stairs.
Drive-Up storage spaces, like their name suggest, are located along the exterior of the building so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building.
