“First off, shout out to Buddy and Hannah for helping me out. I currently rent a unit here and I went looking for packing boxes. They were innocuously closed during posted business hours. I waited at the door for a few minutes after calling the suggested numbers for help. Neither number led to a person nor gave information as to when staff would return to the counter. I stayed a moment longer and was greeted by an unlocking door. A staff member emerged and informed me that they were on a mandatory lunch. I thanked them for inviting me in. We chatted for a moment and I purchased what I came for. Had I not been greeted by staff I would certainly have taken my money to another establishment. Both staff were very helpful and willing to take time from their lunch to make a sale. Highly intelligent individuals who seem to understand how a profitable business functions.
