“First off I’d like to say I love this storage facility! I was treated kind by the man who manages it… So A+ on customer service! Secondly the facility is super clean and spaciest, seemed like there was just more room to turn your car around or back up then other storage places I’ve had in past. The large Derrel’s Mini Storage Caldwell facility is at 6176 W Caldwell Avenue in Visalia. We’re located between residential neighborhoods and farmland, and we serve the entire city. To reach us, take the Ave 280 exit off Golden State Highway and turn east on Avenue 280, which becomes Caldwell Avenue. You’ll find us on your left. We’re a seven-minute drive from Valley Oaks Golf Course.

Visalia has 137,000 residents, and we're happy to serve them all at this and our other three Visalia facilities. Nearby you’ll find two lovely parks, Sunset Park and John Combs Park, plenty of shopping including a Tahoe Joe’s, WinCo Foods, and a Costco, and San Joaquin Valley College is just down the road. We’re near a handful of museums including Library 35989, Tulare County Museum, and ImagineU Children’s Museum.
