As renters, my wife and I were unexpectedly told by our landlord—after living in the home for a year and nine months—that we had just 30 days to move out due to the property being put up for sale. This came as a shock, especially since we were originally told the home wouldn’t be sold for another 3 to 4 years. With rental prices having nearly doubled in Simi Valley, finding a new place has been extremely stressful and so far unsuccessful. Amid all of this, Sherry showed genuine compassion and understanding. She was kind, patient, and truly helped us find the best possible storage solution for our belongings.
