“Overall good experience friendly staff. They do offer a 10 day grace period if you are late for your payment. Payment is due the first. The only negative about it is that it is a bit dirty inside because most of the homeless people have a storage there but other then that bathroom is very clean and soo is inside the storage unit.”

“We had rented a storage unit here for a little over 4 years as it was conveniently located to where we lived downtown. We disliked going there as it was hard to find parking and there were many homeless people that frequented the storage facility. As we only needed to go a few times a year, we put up with it. However, when we went before the holidays to get our Christmas items, we discovered that the majority of our items in our unit had been stolen. There was no sign of a break in and our lock was intact. Management was not around to report it to, but when I called to report it the next day, they did not seem that concerned, did not ask many questions or take a report and would not tell me if other units on our floor had also been broken into. It almost seemed like it could have been an inside job, since we couldn't find any signs that someone had broken in. All in all we lost over $5,000 of items. We took the few remaining items we had left and canceled our rental. If you do decide to rent here, be careful..”

“MAKE SURE YOUR STORAGE FACILITY HAS CAMERAS AND STAFF DON'T OBSTRUCT JUSTICE! So 3yrs I'd been at this storage facility and never didd I expect they'd rob me. Not only that wait until I came to my storage unit to tell me...Oh but they didn't tell me when I walked through the door however. Maria waited for me to go 3 floors up to find the shocking truth the back down. She offered no information accept we called you. They had called and I was told nothing of a break in. I was told quickly they don't call the police. I'm grateful I had my body cam on because most of the time Maria stood outside of my storage unit flinching any time I moved. She didn't offer directing me on how to report the incident. I finally asked her to go write it down because she was quietly hostile. "Ma'am we're doing everything that we can " etc. Rolling your eyes and acting like I'm taking up your valuable time and spontaneously burst out with "Ma'am" was unbearable. Also she and a male staff member were and still watch me as if I stole 4 grand of equipment from myself and not them! She locked off the elevators so I couldn't go up to my old storage unit and moved out a Mexican guy recognized because I'd had problems with him as a security guard when he hung out at Old Town. Maria was allowing him to charge a scooter in the main office, he had tools and something to store them in like you'd see in your dad's garage. When I came back the next day all of that was gone. Out walking my dogs, I witnessed him go through a side door , and another vagabond with a little dog waited in the carport. When I walked up he hid behind a pillar. I had my body cam on. I go inside and make staff is once again looking at me like I'm the pieces of ssshhhh who broke into my storage and didn't follow protocol or have a conscience. I was moved by a camera that doesn't work I was told and still deal with hostility every time I go in. They wanted to suppress the emotion of anger I had the right to feel having been violated and them obstructing justice..”
