“Want all your items stolen? Rent from this place. My daughter on 10 month deployment to defend this country and all household items stolen except couch and bed. I think it’s an inside job! It would take more than 4-5 hours to empty the unit. They rent to homeless people. They would not even refund the rent she paid for 10 months. So she paid for nothing nothing but having all her things stolen. Horrible horrible to be violated like this..”

“Beware -- not climate controlled. I had the occasion to store furniture and other household items here for about a year, thinking it would be convenient as it was the closest open facility in lower Gaslamp. Rather large mistake. For one, it's an industrial location, so while there are service elevators present for the higher floors, getting in and out can be a massive hassle. The bigger issue is that the design of the building means the 4th floor at least (and possibly others) is not climate controlled. There was a significant amount of water damage that had occurred over the year in my unit, and hidden mold growth across a lot of wooden furniture that was not discovered until it was unwrapped/uncovered at the destination. The default insurance for contents that they sell you it turns out does not cover this, and this is the kind of thing that is almost certainly a Known Problem for the facility, which is shady in and of itself. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged beyond use and have had to be discarded. The workers here seem like nice people, but staying here long-term risks causing damage to your items. I do not recommend unless you visit first and are very, very aware of these risks. Whatever benefit there is to having a storage unit nearby is almost certainly offset by other factors, and I think you'd be better off storing your items in a much more typical storage unit location elsewhere around San Diego where things are going to be simpler, safer, and cheaper..”

“If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came back from a 9 month deployment and all my belongs were stolen. The only thing that was left in unit was my bed, couch and tv stand. They took everything! From mu clothes to my kitchen and bathroom supplies! I have nothing left!.”
