“There are two Golden State Storage locations close to where I needed a storage service. I called the one slightly closer to me (I won't name that location). The guy on the phone was somewhat rude and practically hung up on me as I asked some questions. So, not wanting to do any business with that 1st introduction, I searched for another storage location. That's when I found Golden State Storage on Sepulveda. I am so happy I did. When I spoke to Peggy, she was kind and friendly. She gave me all the information I needed without any problems. She had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next business day. I met Sarah who was also amazing. I purchased a lock from them and was shown my storage unit. It was a simple and easy process. This facility just had some renovations completed which included a new security system, repainted office and a new rolling door on my unit. I am very pleased with the 4 months I have kept my belongings in this facility. Peggy and Sarah are true professional and run a great ship. They helped me thru a difficult time in my life as I transitioned from one place to another.
