“I wanted to amend my original review. I did speak with the facility and the increase was clarified. I do appreciate the team reaching out and taking care of me. I do love the facility and they've done a great job with everything they do. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Original Review ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've had great experience with this facility, Nichole did a great job setting me up with my unit back in May of this year. Facility is nice and times that I've come into the office to speak with Amy and other staff everyone is cheerful and always eager to assist me. After using the facility for a few months I added more of their services since I was so pleased with their service and the availability, that was until I got a notice recently that my storage unit rent was increasing almost 40%. The facility and staff are amazing, but it's very hard to handle a 40% increase in monthly rent when I haven't even been using the facility for a year yet..”

“The best storage company ever encountered! literally industry best management and or ownership for self-storage! I must say that the number of things in which these guys have gotten right is utterly spectacular and just mind-blowing to myself.. to say the least it is very uncommon with the nurse society for a business to get this much correct and do things this well.. and obviously there's always negative who complains for little problems that we might have with a vendor / service provider / business.... and I've had a couple today the only one will bother publicly sharing is there having to purchase a new lock at $10 or whatever it was and the one that kind of irks me the most is the forced insurance bs.. there's a customer I know and understand but I should have the choice, the force insurance requirement has nothing to do with or for the benefit of the customer or liability on part of the storage facility for customer can easily sign away any liability with nothing but a signature on the rental. Forest insurance is all about money and profit for the self-storage provider and that is why I have a very personally negative view of perspective & opinion concerning it, cuz I understand the true intent behind it. merely a suggestion, greens has done so many things right and better than any other self-storage provider, you are literally do not a but the industry leader in this customer's opinion. you far surpassing obliterate any competitor so your business not only should be but will be very successful in driving as a result and should not need a require having to resort to such revenue / profit producing tactics IMHO. Lol, it seems like human nature is to leave a review at either and, one end of the spectrum or the other either all and extremely negative or all an extremely positive more than it is mutually in which includes both positive and negative... I forgot to even mention, why are they spectacular and what have they done spectacularly great: they provide free wireless internet access / service for customers complementary and without additional fees that they have I guess a higher speed service available for an additional fee. they have a restroom in which is accessible via electronic lock Etc all the time! (Some places that have no restroom or some places that have the restroom sharing the same hours as office hours, ie no bathroom after 5:00 p.m.) they do not pull the lock and trap you inside the storage facility electronic gate BS in which other providers have. (Gate hours are until 10:00 p.m., should a person be late such as myself a few times to leave the facility by 10:00 p.m. I can confirm and say that the gate did still allow me out between 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. I must admit that I've consciously having the back of my mind the ability to do so and have even planned on such however I'm very conscientious as to respect that privilege and not abused it or misuse it in which there will always be somebody that does and ruins it for everybody else. many of us myself included have limited hours for personal stuff you know we work till 5:00 or 6 p.m. get home even later and thus you know that couple of time. To be able to access or do something storage related up until 10:00 p.m. is very short and limited for many folks, myself included. bring me to the next benefit I was shocked and surprised to have green storage mentioned and offer for an additional fee and for clients in which had a justifiable need and use case scenario they provide an offer 24/7 access for an additional fee for clients who have a legitimate use our need.. it appeared to me that they are trying to cater to a definitely existing demand yet and customer in which doesn't have any other solutions available.. the self-storage being a cheaper expense for storing merchandise or products for small business owners hello, especially online type based business, product and *they may not want me publicly stating or sharing this or in the level of detail in which I am so if desired let me know and I will edit accordingly upon request.”
