“I've been renting a unit since 2017. Karen was kind and friendly from the start. They are under new ownership, and they are friendly and professional. The grounds are clean and secure with cameras and a gate with code entry. Prices are great compared to other storage facilities in the area. They do require storage unit insurance, which is added comfort for me. Overall, I'm pleased with renting from BB storage..”
