“Recently transferred from one unit to another, and Vivian was extremely helpful with the entire process. Previous experiences with other self-storage facilities pale in comparison to the exemplary customer service received at Mission Hills. Vivian and Kevin were patient, answered all questions competently and thoroughly, and found an ideal solution for my needs. Their resourcefulness, knowledge, and understanding are great assets and differentiate the level of service provided to their customers..”
